Honey and Sugar Facial Scrub
Mon, 04/23/2012 - 16:23 — AnonymousI have been doing this once a week for the past 5 years and it works wonderfully.
In a bowl mix sugar with enough honey to form it into a nice, thick paste.
Rub this on your face for at least a minute in circular movements.
It is an excellent exfoliator and will not irritate your skin.
If your skin is dry add a teaspoon (or more depending on how much you make) to the mixture.
Rinse it off and your skin will be glowing!
I do this once a week.

hot and cold
Fri, 04/20/2012 - 00:50 — Anonymousokay, i have had semi/severe acne, and i HATE IT. i came up with lots of remedies after watching videos on youtube for a while. :)
anyways, one thing i found was that people wash their face with warm water, and rinse with cold. what? i looked this up, and as it turns out; warm water opens your pores to help get oil and dirt out easier, and cold water closes your pores, so the dirt & oil cant get into your pores and cause more breakouts...

Yoghurt soothes bowels.

And whilst enjoying my tea I discovered an exceptional and pretty fast way to clean up some quite hideous outbreaks. I have suffered from cystic adult acne on and off for the past ten years (I'm 40). about 1/4 cup of white sugar
Noxema (only 5 dollars and lasts a few months even the generic brand works) you can get this at walmart if your looking to save money.

I like when it happens, especially when it comes to acne and oily skin like mine. The next day all my existing pimples are visibly dried up and the following day, they are almost gone. One of the cons, however, of this mask is that it stains your skin yellow and it's really hard to get rid of it. So, warn your family about what you're doing. (more...)
Clearasil Seal to Clear
