I'm feeling like the comments that are angrily asking what to wash the face with should read the title of the post. If after reading that it's still not obvious what you should wash with, then you are beyond hope.

Procedure

What's the procedure?

Do I wet my face with water, take a bag of tea (I'm assuming regular black tea), open it, and use the leaves to wash my face? Or do I put the tea bag in water and use that water to wash my face?

Sorry person above, but the title doesn't really explain the procedure. Instructions would be appreciated :)
