Hi, here is what's been working for my acne. I bought a 20 percent salicylic acid chemical peel gel online and apply it once a week, following the included directions to a t. After you do the peel you are supposed to moisturize twice a day until your skin heals. I was using a basic moisturizer from olay at night, and one containing a sunblock during the day. Then I found out about people adding zinc oxide to homemade masks with kaolin clay for acne. Kaolin clay is really good at absorbing surface oil. I ordered pure french process zinc oxide powder online and tried mixing it with my moisturizers. After my weekly peel, I applied the olay moisturizer with the zinc oxide powder mixed in it and I noticed that the redness caused by my peel healed up much faster, and I also haven't had any new pimples since I've been using the zinc oxide. I never thought of using diaper rash cream for this, but maybe if there's other things in the diaper rash cream such as fragrances and oils that you suspect are making you break out, you could try just mixing zinc oxide powder with your favorite moisturizer. Just do an internet search for zinc oxide powder and somewhere to order it should come up. Get French process or cosmetic grade because that's the finest powder and is also more pure. It was under $20 for a one pound bag, and I only added about a tablespoon to my moisturizer, so it should last a long time.
Good luck!

Guys! Acne is best treated
Guys! Acne is best treated internally not cosmetically! Highly processed foods full of oil, sugar and preservatives are THE REAL CAUSE of acne. Eat Organic foods only like fresh meat, veg, fruit and take a vitamin A and Zinc supplement. Drink plenty of water and limit sodas/soft drinks/dairy and white bread.. Skin will get slightly worse for the first couple of days as your blood de-toxifies but you will see HUGE improvements in skin and general health within a couple of weeks. JUST TAKES DISCIPLINE and it worked for me. Good luck
