Believe it or not, Acne is caused by too much sugar in the blood. Reduce your sugar, cleanse your colon, kidneys and liver with detox cleanser and watch your acne disappear. Sugar includes all sweets, potatoes, white rice, white bread, corn and even carrots to some degree. (I wouldn't get rid of carrots...I would just eat in moderation). (more...)
There's plenty of research out there saying that diet has nothing to do with acne. However, there's also plenty of stories we've all heard from people swearing that certain foods cause outbreaks. Scientific research doesn't always have the whole picture, and we must keep that in mind. Following the rules of a healthy diet may or may not help your acne, but it certainly won't hurt your health in general. Therefore any acne sufferer that wants to get rid of acne should be mindful of what they eat. (more...)
Diet can affect the severity of your acne. If you have acne try eating foods with a low glycemic index. A google search will show you what foods these are. It won't totally cure your acne, but it can help.
