1. Mask from turmeric (turmeric powder and a bit of water to get a paste). I put it on my face for about 10 min or until dry. It mildly stings my face. I like when it happens, especially when it comes to acne and oily skin like mine. The next day all my existing pimples are visibly dried up and the following day, they are almost gone. One of the cons, however, of this mask is that it stains your skin yellow and it's really hard to get rid of it. So, warn your family about what you're doing. (more...)

take some egg white and mix it with a lil bit of honey and leave on as a mask for 15-20 EVERY day. for it me it was my own proactive. then boil some water and add 1 rose petal per 1/4 of hot water stir with a cinnimon stick. let it cool and use it as a toner. then add ur faveorite oil free moisturizer. then for the big zits put the mixure on them try not to get it on the skin around the pimple and thruoughout the day it dries out. wash ur face 2/3 times a day and reaply after washing. hope it works out for ya'll!
Create a thick paste by mixing cinnamon and just enough honey to hold it together. Apply this as a facial mask and leave on as long as possible. If you can, you should even sleep with it on. Repeat often. The best part about this mask is that if any of it gets into your mouth it tastes great!
After suffering for acne for my entire adult life, I one day decided I would systematically figure out what helped and what didn't. One of my experiments was to stop drinking milk. Right away the inflammation in my pimples went away, and then slowly but surely my acne cleared up. Apparently the milk protein casein can aggravate acne, sometimes more than in others. With me it was dramatic. So in response to this new knowledge I came up with the following concoction to help with my acne (along with avoiding cow's milk). (more...)
