As an adolescent I had fairly bad body acne on my back. Now, as an adult, it seems to have migrated down to my buttocks and thighs, although it's not nearly as bad. There's one thing I've noticed that helps with this.
After showering (during which you of course washed your acne-prone areas) I towel dry thoroughly, but then I air dry for several minutes before dressing. This way when I put my clothes on my skin is completely dry. I'm not sure why, but dressing while still damp seems for me at least to aggravate my body acne. Hope this helps!
